Lenze is head of global marketing for Philips Personal Care.  He is globally responsible for building the Philips brand in the Male grooming and Beauty categories, developing integrated campaigns and winning in online. He is an experienced marketing generalist that puts the brand and digital at the heart of campaign development and go to market. 

Lenze was leading the positioning work for the beauty category to build a relevant and credible brand in the world of beauty.  

His team developed the first to the world fully interactive mobile campaign for Male Grooming that won two years ago a Silver Euro Effie. 

He joined Philips in 1998, he developed his carrier in marketing and marketing communications across different Business Groups and Regions for Philips. He lived six years in Asia and became responsible for marketing and strategy for Philips Consumer lifestyle’s emerging markets. Before he joined the Business Group Personal Care in his current role, he built the Philips Consumer Lifestyle Marketing Academy.
